Measuring and accounting for performance

We believe that accountability and integrity are the twin crowns of an ethical and successful PR agency.  Consequently, measureable goals and demonstrable impact and value are imperative. 

We deploy a 'bull's eye' approach to delivery of targets.  We continually assess and realign activities by reference to precise progress criteria agreed beforehand with the client.

Our history

Based in Wimbledon, southwest London, we have a long heritage as one of Europe's leading multi-specialist PR agencies delivering fluent communications to clients across the world.

Originally known as the EuroPR Group, we are a founder agency of the EuroPR network, one of the first European networks of PR agencies.

In 2007 we re-launched as Say Communications to ensure that our name reflects the core of our business - communications.

Say has been an active accredited member of the Public Relations Consultants' Association since 1986.

Say is also a member of the Healthcare Communications Association and consultants are members of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, the Chartered Institute of Marketing and other bodies.

Richard Price, the founder of Say and the EuroPR network and a former board member of the PRCA and ICCO, has recently stepped down as a director after 25 years in the fast-lane of corporate communications, advising clients across a range of industry sectors from renewable energy, to management consultancy and economic development.
