Star of the Say office, Archie the Bichon Frise dog, has been raising his profile and has appeared in print in a cover-story article about the health benefits of having a pet. The article, in diabetes care magazine ‘IN CONTROL’, talks about the psychological and physical health benefits associated with pets as well as a new exercise regime that has been developed: ‘petsercise'.
Say.Health director, Stefi Rucci, explains ‘Archie needs four walks a day so it forces me to get up and get some exercise. So you could say we’re keeping each other healthy!
