RSA, the global life sciences executive search and interim management specialist, is delighted to announce that Dafydd Wright, Senior Consultant for RSA Interims, was awarded Interim Recruiter Of The Year at the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) glittering awards ceremony in central London on Tuesday evening.
Now in their second year, the awards are part of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation’s (REC) Institute of Recruitment Professionals and are designed to celebrate excellence in recruitment. Dafydd was chosen by a panel of 12 judges, consisting of representatives from the REC, IRP and other respected industry leaders.
"We are absolutely thrilled to have Dafydd's outstanding work recognised at the Institute of Recruitment Professionals awards event,” commented Tarquin Bennett-Coles, Director of RSA Interims. “Dafydd represents the future of interim talent management and through this award has shown that hard work, perseverance, an in depth industry knowledge and desire to do the right things for those he represents is a winning formula."
In awarding Dafydd, the judges recognised his dedication in getting to know each and every individual Interim Manager and how, even under extreme circumstances, he ensured that the right candidate was introduced into the right project or position. The panel was particularly impressed by Dafydd’s commitment to delivering a personal service, rather than simply relying upon a database and how, despite a difficult 12 months for the sector, he has continued to maintain high levels of new and existing business.

Dafydd joined RSA in March 2007 as a Consultant within the Interim Management division in the UK. Now a Senior Consultant, Dafydd continues to deliver highly skilled experts for Interim Management assignments within the UK and Europe.
