Account Manager for our Healthcare Practice

Full-Time

An opportunity for an experienced account manager with excellent health PR credentials, in-depth knowledge of health media and a track record of implementing successful multi-channel campaigns. You will be the lynchpin on a range of healthcare accounts, including ethical pharmaceuticals, diagnostics and consumer health products, rolling out programmes that include media campaigns, content development, KOL and professional relations, advisory board meetings, symposia and the development of creative assets.

Package: upon application

Skill, experience and qualifications required: passionate about healthcare communications, you are a strong all-rounder with the confidence and knowledge to contribute to strategy development and the hands-on experience to manage client accounts. You are also social media savvy, a good writer and strong project manager; you may have a science background although this is not a prerequisite.

Say is looking to recruit a Junior Account Executive for our healthcare practice

Are you a recent science graduate with a passion for healthcare? Say is seeking an excellent communicator with good writing and project management skills to work on our PR campaigns. You will be working across the healthcare arena rolling out programmes that include media, content development, professional relations, meetings and liaison with other creative agencies.

Job Description (Main duties and responsibilities); professional and specialist media relations; consumer media relations; meetings and symposia; publications; online / interactive resource development

Indication of Salary Range: 18-22k

Skill, experience and qualifications required: Social media savvy, bright spark with a science degree and a real passion for communications. Ideally looking for his or her first job in PR with an interest in ethical or consumer health. A team player with strong organization skills and good events / media skills. Being fully conversant with Microsoft office package is a distinct advantage.

Account Executive, Senior Account Executive or Account Manager

Full-Time

Job Description:  Account executive, senior account executive or account manager. If at manager level then you need previous experience in both managing people and clients. You will join Say’s growing tech practice, reporting to a senior account director and account director and managing a JAE and intern.

You need to be articulate, organised and with an eye for detail. B2B social media experience is important as is being confident at pitching to journalists over the phone, and obviously you need excellent writing skills.

If you are applying as an account manager then you will be involved in new business; so proposal writing and presenting experience is advantageous. So, if you’re the right candidate showing the right aptitude, the opportunities exist to develop upwards within this dynamic agency.

Location: Wimbledon, London. Trains run every 5 minutes into Waterloo which is a 15 minute journey.
