Say is looking to recruit a Junior Account Executive for our healthcare practice
Are you a recent science graduate with a passion for healthcare? Say is seeking an excellent communicator with good writing and project management skills to work on our PR campaigns. You will be working on a number of ethical and consumer healthcare account, rolling out initiatives that include media, content development, professional relations, meetings and liaison with other creative disciplines.
Skill, experience and qualifications required: You are social media savvy, have a science degree and a real passion for communications. Ideally you are looking for your first job in PR but have had other work experience and are a team player with strong organization skills.

An opportunity for an experienced account manager with excellent health PR credentials, in-depth knowledge of health media and a track record of implementing successful multi-channel campaigns. You will be the lynchpin on a range of healthcare accounts, including ethical pharmaceuticals, diagnostics and consumer health products, rolling out programmes that include media campaigns, content development, KOL and professional relations, advisory board meetings, symposia and the development of creative assets.

Are you a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with a minimum of three years’ PR experience within B2B tech looking for a new challenge? Experience of working within enterprise software, physical and cyber security will be a major benefit.
Joining the expanding tech practice, you will actively manage and develop clients with real responsibility for driving forward programmes, working closely with clients to develop programme strategies and results driven tactics.
You will need to be articulate and organised, with excellent writing and people management skills and a demonstrable interest in and knowledge of the B2B high-tech industry.
